It is the responsibility of every employee to support and promote the Safety and Health process to ensure a safe working environment. The Health and Safety of the company employees is the sole mission of the management team. The Zero Incident policy is strictly implemented during company operations to achieve this mission. To success in this policy the procedure for hazard identification techniques & evaluation of hazards potential & risks is established and documented. For all significant hazards, an effective hierarchy of control & monitoring mechanism will be applied to prevent or mitigate the effect of the evaluated risks. These mechanisms will be in the form of procedures, work instructions, monitoring, training… etc., depending on the level of significance and nature of the activities.
his shall be mainly achieved through Risk Assessment. Risk assessment shall be done periodically and whenever there is a change in activity or a new activity.
The Management Staff has been given the responsibility and the authority to determine the magnitude of risks and the potential consequences of hazards of an activity or process, over which necessary control is to be exercised, keeping in view the significant risk on health & safety. For significant hazards, there shall be effective risk reduction measures to control & monitor the procedures to prevent them from becoming significant.
